Giselle views fear as a gift, a teachable moment. Samson believes fear not as an adversary but as an opportunity. Fear has given her all that she has and continues to guide her while she moves forward toward her dreams. As a ballet dancer from the young age of four, Samson has spent her life telling stories. While she studied Shakespeare throughout high school, classical ballet was her focus for many years. Pursuing dance led Giselle to accomplish unimaginable feats such as working for the Walt Disney Company at the age of seventeen, landing a spot as a pioneer cast member of the hit TV show America’s Next Top Model and performing for the King of Pop himself, Michael Jackson. Samson's journey is so extraordinary in fact, that it has been featured as an E! True Hollywood Story. Through it all, acting was and is Giselle's true passion. Her dance career, although magical, left a fire for acting burning inside of Samson.
She had no choice but to go after it. While it was a fearful leap, she packed her bags and headed for the Big Apple. It was in a theatre company where Giselle finally began performing on stage again. Through her work in a 'New Short Play Festival', Samson garnered nominations for 'Best Supporting' and 'Best Actress'. Giselle has also begun exploring her writing endeavors where she wrote and starred in the short film 'Misread' – an incredible accomplishment she never imagined for herself. Along with Giselle's performative talents, she also has created a symbolic jewelry brand 'Kiss the World' that has gained attention of several publications to date. Samson believes that fear can be a doorway to your dreams if you just face it. Giselle's hope is to perform until there is no more breath left in her body and hopes that all of you do the same for whatever it is you feel drawn to do.
